STARTTLSStep-by-Step Configuration
- Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account
- Enter your SipherMail email address and click "Advanced options"
- Check "Let me set up my account manually" and click "Connect"
- Select "IMAP" as the account type
- Enter your password and click "Connect"
- In the IMAP settings, enter:
- Incoming server:
mail.siphermail.com, Port:993, Encryption: SSL/TLS - Outgoing server:
mail.siphermail.com, Port:587, Encryption: STARTTLS
- Incoming server:
- Click "Next" and Outlook will test the connection
- If successful, your account is ready to use
